Landed and don’t want to search for your driver in a crowded arrivals hall? Meet & Greet means your driver comes inside the terminal, finds you, and carries your bags out. It’s one of the most requested add-ons on our airport transfers.
What Meet & Greet Actually Means
With a standard pickup, you meet your driver at a set point outside. With Meet & Greet, your driver waits inside the terminal, holding a name board, ready as soon as you clear customs.
- No searching car parks or pickup zones with heavy luggage
- Your driver helps carry bags to the car
- Ideal after a long-haul flight, or if you’re travelling with kids, elderly parents, or a lot of cases
How It Works
It’s simple, and flight monitoring is built in as standard:
- We track your flight and adjust for delays automatically
- Your driver goes inside once you’ve landed, based on a hold-off period (usually 45 minutes after landing, adjustable at booking)
- You get an Arrival SMS with your driver’s name and photo
- They’ll be waiting at the agreed meeting point inside arrivals

We offer Meet & Greet at every London airport we cover:
- Heathrow — inside Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5, £9
- Gatwick — inside North and South Terminals, £9
- Luton — £8 for a 5-minute express pickup outside, or £14 for premium Meet & Greet inside
- Stansted — £7 for Zone D express pickup outside, or £15 for premium Meet & Greet inside
- London City — premium Meet & Greet inside, £17
