Flight Monitoring
Flights don’t always land on time. Ours doesn’t change your fare when they don’t — we simply track your flight and adjust the pickup around it.
How Flight Monitoring Works
- We track your flight number from the moment you book
- If your flight is delayed, your driver’s pickup time adjusts automatically
- Your pickup time is calculated as your actual landing time, plus a hold-off period (45 minutes by default, adjustable at booking)
- Tracked delays aren’t charged as waiting time
Why It Matters
Without flight monitoring, a delay could mean an empty car waiting outside — or worse, you arriving to find no one there. With it, neither of those happens.
- No need to message us if your flight is running late — we already know
- No charge for a delayed landing
- Applies automatically to every booking, standard or Meet & Greet
Included on Every Booking
Flight monitoring isn’t a paid extra — it’s standard on every Airportbee transfer, whether you’re going to the airport or being collected from one.
