Every Saloon in the Airportbee fleet is a modern, well-maintained four-door car — clean, air-conditioned, and driven by a PCO-licensed, fully insured, TfL-authorised driver. There’s no expectation to tip.
- Fixed fare agreed at the time of booking — no surprises on arrival, though traffic, tolls, congestion charge, diversions or vehicle upgrades can affect the final confirmed fare
- Flight monitoring included, so your driver adjusts pickup timing to your actual landing time, not the scheduled one
- Meet & Greet available at every airport we cover, for a small additional fee
- 5 minutes’ free waiting time when we collect you for the airport

Peak-time fares apply Monday–Friday, 06:50–09:00 and 14:30–19:00. If a delayed flight pushes your pickup into a peak window, the peak fare applies instead of the original quote.

Booking a Saloon: What to Know
- Cancellations are free up to 4 hours before pickup; within 4 hours, call +44 (0)20 8459 9999 rather than emailing, as cancellations inside that window are charged at 100%.
- Waiting time beyond the free allowance is charged at £0.34 per minute (£20/hour) — tracked flight delays are not charged.
- Baggage is the passenger’s responsibility and must be stowed in the boot, not on seats — if your luggage needs a bigger boot than a Saloon offers, book an Estate instead to avoid an on-the-day vehicle upgrade charge.
